Job Description
A part-time position of Finance Coordinator on our Operations Team is now available. The weekly hour commitment will depend upon the person’s expertise and efficiency and will be in the 25-to-30-hour range.
The Finance Coordinator position is paid hourly; hourly wage will be between $19 and $20. The Finance Coordinator is responsible for processing all church income and expenses (including payroll) and assisting the Director of Finance and HR in overseeing church finance systems and processes. Qualified candidates should possess quantitative skills (i.e. – be very proficient in accurately handling detailed data) and be able to utilize a variety of computer systems (databases, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, etc.). Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is beneficial but not required. Candidates should also have excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with church staff, volunteers, and external businesses.
